Looking at smoked cigarettes did you ever ask yourself how it is created? Cigarettes give a blessing sensation and their constructions are interesting to be related.

So the process is the following:

  1. First, tobacco companies select sorts of tobacco which they need. It can be either own grew tobacco or they can buy it from warehouses.
  2. Then tobacco is sent to factories.
  3. In the factories, the tobacco leaves are de-stemmed, cut into strips, and cleaned. Cleaning process is a very important. On it depends cigarette’ taste. Some companies will chemically, electronically and manually clean the leaves.
  4. Tobacco leaves are steamed in order not to become too dry and begin crumbling. (Although the leaves will later be dried again for storage.)
  5. One of most interesting process comes next when tobacco is aged. Usually, it can take 12-18 months.
  6. Only after aging tobacco is combined with that flavorings that we so prefer: menthol, licorice, maple syrup, or cocoa.
  7. Appealing to special high-tech machines tobacco takes form of cigarettes. The tobacco is wrapped into cigarette paper, an adhesive is applied to the side to seal the paper, and the cigarette is cut to the desired length.

Traditionally, filtered cigarettes can be of three dimensions: King size (80-87 mm), hundreds (100 mm) and 120 mm.

Cigarettes can be bought at convenience stores or from online stores as you do now. Why you like to buy cigs online? Response is simple: Because it is much cheaper and convenient for you.
